Build our digital marketing roadmap Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction Define Content Approval Cycle Ensuring that the company’s website is user-friendly and that traffic is increasing Analyse the website’s navigation flow and suggest ways to optimize it Optimize web content for SEO strategies Populate the existing mailing list and devising campaigns to increase the number of subscribers Create email campaigns Ensure that the website appears in search engine results and encourage interaction with customers online Manage the creation of microsites when required Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments Advising about new trends and practices Conducting regular surveys targeting internal and external users assessing satisfaction level and aiming to improve proposed services Providing regular analytics and performance reporting Suggesting and coordinating submission and participation for the existing online presence in relevant local and international awards
المهارات
Experience of creating post campaign analysis reports Solid knowledge of website analytics tools Highly proficient with Microsoft Office tools and familiar with Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software Excellent written and spoken communication abilities in English and Arabic languages
at least 5 years related experience Experience in managing, developing and implementing brand and customer centred strategies
