Required Leasing and Rent Collection Manager
(to work in one of the GCC countries)

The candidate for this position must fulfill the below criteria:

Working presently as a senior most leader in leasing vacant properties and rent collection in one of the world biggest real estate companies or with one of the prestigious families in the world owning very large numbers of properties, and has minimum 10 years of experience in leasing and rent collection. Candidate must present proof of their work
Minimum 10 years of experience in dealing with global and regional companies, shareholding companies, contracting companies, corporations, ministries and all tenants (residents and citizens).
Minimum 10 years of experience in dealing with different government departments and local banks.
Capable of preparing necessary maintenance reports of properties and following up the needed maintenance works for the properties.
Fluent in Arabic and English languages (writing, reading and speaking).

Salary + Commission will be determined by the candidate on the condition they completely meets the above criteria.

No objection on dealing with brokers and giving them the commission they demand, if they bring the appropriate candidate for this position who completely meets the above criteria.

Minimum 10 of work experience in the same field.
Fluent in Arabic and English languages (writing, reading and speaking).
