Our Brand and Marketing teams are on a mission. Their goal is to win over the hearts and minds of our customers. They do this by getting customers to fall in love with our brand and what we stand for.
With us you will be responsible to Understand the high value target segment needs and have clear insights for each of the customer groups – regularly connected to the segment needs, life style and aspirations. Work directly with the Segment Manager, and lead the High Value Customer virtual cross-functional teams to develop clear insights that establish branded positioning and a road map of proposition activities across all aspects of the customer journey.
Support the Launch to market of world-class propositions required to deliver on the segment insights.
Determine the best ways to bring the propositions to life.
Support the high value segment manager to develop and maintain a world class customer experience.
Ensure Brand measures, delight measures and NPS are understood and executed.
المهارات
Apply if you have…
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Market/Segment or Customer Experience analysis.
Market Proposition experience in Qatar
Excellent Communication skills
Highly Adaptable
Working knowledge in MS Excel. Tableau is a plus.
