COST CONTROL MANAGER REQUISITES FOR THE POSITION
- Sr Cost Controller with at least 7year’s experience, if has experience in a managerial position would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Experience in Construction
- Education: Engineering (Civil or Mechanical)
- Earned Value Management expertise

Tasks:
- Lead a team of Cost Controllers preparing the monthly cost reports
- Detect monthly cost overruns and propose mitigation measures to project managers to keep the projects under the budget
- Update the project estimate at completion forecast
- Upload new projects into the system and complete their work breakdown structure according to the BOQ provided by the Tender Department
- Follow up the monthly production of the different projects and compare them vs planned amounts
- Update the internal client invoicing control of the company with the payment certificates approved
- Prepare monthly executive reports for the high management
- Prepare the monthly closing of the company including gross margin of the projects, head office overheads and net margin.
- Follow up ongoing Claims and Extension of Time with clients and prepare necessary documents
- Liaise with the finance department during the audit of the company to provide the necessary substantiation for the costs and sales of the company
