الوصف الوظيفي Must be familiar with Non-Destructive testing methods (NDT) and welding practices. Must have experience of managing a team of construction managers/Engineers in Upstream Oil and gas brown filed project environment , especially in Limited Turn around period. Must be conversant with Planning/scheduling packages and contractual clauses and their interpretation. Ability to record , project and claim contractual variations upon work change requests. Good working knowledge of HSE practices in Oil and Gas facilities and aware of standard quality control norms/procedures according to international standards. Good coordination skills with client, engineering consultant, Vendors and other stake holders involved. Must have fair idea of change management/Resource management/Time management in brown field project phases.
