Responsible for carrying out several tasks related to administration and a coordinator for all important functions such as hiring and recruiting, and development, maintaining employee records, etc. Supervises and renders guidance to the clerical staff, trainees, and volunteers.
Analyzes the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment dashboards, presents dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes.
Reviewing, screening, and maintaining applications and resumes.
Coordinate with recruitment agency for new recruit’s process.
Maintaining recruitment request report and updating on daily basis.
Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them.
Conducting & Co-coordinating for recruitment.
Verifying the application of approved procedure.
Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
Responds to sensitive requests for information and assistance
Performs other related work as required (Multitask).
المهارات
With valid Qatar ID- Transferrable
At least 5 years of experience in Recruitment
Bachelors degree
Preferably can join immediately
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good oral and written communications skills in English
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Able to use a keyboard and accurately type 45 wpm and is proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Must be very organized and detail oriented
