UHPC erection knowledge
Development UHPC implementation strategies, including best in class operating models
Provide ‘end-to-end’ support to Countries as required for their UHPC strategy setting and implementation
Challenge UHPC Country business performance and identify initiatives to drive improvement
Foster UHPC related experience sharing and best practices through Communities of Practice
Support UHPC CAPEX allocation and conduct investment reviews
Attract, retain and develop pool of talent in UHPC segment across Countries
المهارات
Good technical knowledge of building materials and construction techniques
Lead by influence, ability to set clear strategies, communicate and mobilize teams without hierarchical power
