The exception to the rule. Naturally, maintaining our position as a top brand is a core ambition of ours - we’d like you to help us continue to achieve this. We’ve sourced the best talent from the marketing and branding world to lead the way in defining our market strategy, proposition design and commercial development. These teams deliver marketing and branding campaigns that are aimed at both our consumer and business customers.
With us you will be responsible to develop, deliver and measure effective company-wide communications and engagement activities so the people in the organisation are informed, inspired and feel engaged with the business.
Develop overall communications and engagement strategy and deliverables for company communications
Work with Marketing, CSR, PR and HR teams to execute campaigns that support company initiatives
Own and deliver internal communications across key channels and events
Participate as part of HR Team in formulating and driving People Strategy
المهارات
Apply if you have..
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media, PR, English or HR
At least 5 years of work experience in Internal Communications and Employee Engagement roles
Exceptional Communication Skills
Strategic Thinking
Commercial Mind-set
Ability to build strong working relationships
High spirited and Dynamic personality
