It’s where the real magic happens, and where customers form first impressions and a lasting bonds with our brand.
With us you will be responsible for handling multiple customer care tasks and activities including but not limited to inbound/outbound calls, technical calls, emails, online communication, trouble tickets and customer complaints/escalations. The role is an integral part of the Customer Care team and applies to both business and consumer customer segments and you may also visit our VIP customers if required.

Khaleeji Speaker
Computer literate, Windows Operating Systems and internet applications
Flexible to work varied shifts within a 24x7 environment; including weekend & holiday work schedules
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both English & Arabic
Ability to work independently and as a team
Friendly and approachable as well as service orientated
Customer focused & Strong problem solving skills
