Receive vehicle quotation and Test drive requests from the call center and AAB website
Record all online customer contacts and related information, updating records to develop opportunities for future business and enabling effective prospecting and customer follow-up to take place.
Follow-up with customers and contact them by providing quotation. Help them to buy desired vehicle.
Continually develop knowledge relating to market trends in a proactive manner and in line with various internal and external training opportunities
Contribute and assist with the development of various sales promotions, showroom , internal and external events in line with the company policy and identified customer needs.
Maintain quality standards of dress, attitude, customer care, honesty, health and safety in order to portray a professional image to customers at all times

Knowledgeable in Automotive Products
Strong Customer Service and Sales orientation
Has the ability to communicate in the languages required by the business in a diplomatic manner.
