The College of the North Atlantic - Qatar is inviting nominations and applications for the position of Student Services Coordinator in the Admissions and Registration Department. Reporting to the Registration and Enrollment Section Head, The Student Services Coordinator (Records) must be a proven leader with the skills and expertise necessary to support the Admissions and Registration Department in fully implementing the College’s mission and vision. Duties & Responsibilities: This position requires an energetic and enthusiastic individual who will provide administrative support to the Registration and Enrollment Section in the area of grades and student records. Further responsibilities include processing records and maintaining a computerized academic record for all CNA-Q students. The candidate should have significant experience working in Admissions and Registration or, related areas preferably within higher education, and possess the qualifications necessary to be successful in the role of Student Services Coordinator (Records). The successful candidate will be responsible to maintain a comprehensive database of student records and ensure they are accurately recorded and updated, in line with the college’s data protection and privacy policies and procedures. This includes maintaining a filing system for reports of all active, withdrawn and graduated students, updating student’s mid-term and final grade reports, filing and processing student records related to academic dismissals, warnings, academic standing, etc. The candidate will maintain a comprehensive database system for grades processing, create and process grade rosters, reports for midterm and final grades and, issue grade reports and official transcripts to students. The candidate will also process forms specific to student records, exemptions, transfer of credits, Prior Learning Assessments, adding or dropping courses, status reports, and program transfers. The candidate will generate reports related to discontinuation, dismissal, and enrolment statistics, registered students, and all other relevant reports, as required. He/She will respond to requests for change of marks, re-reads, and supplementary and deferred examinations, and ensure timely and accurate processing. The candidate will ensure confidentiality of information and report any breaches to the Admission and Enrollment Section Head in order, to resolve the issue in a timely and efficient manner. He/She will participate in organizing department events like registration, graduation, award ceremonies and recognition ceremonies.

Education and Certifications: Diploma in a Business Administration is required, a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
Language: Fluency in written and spoken English language, Arabic is an asset.
Other Required Skills: Good organization skills with a high standard of professional integrity. A proactive can-do attitude to work and good time management is essential. The ability to think analytically and solve problems and a good attention to detail is required. Commitment to positive relationship building and effective working relationships across all levels of the organisations is required. Knowledge of Recruitment, admissions and registrations processing. A Commitment to ongoing training and continuous professional development is desirable. Candidates should demonstrate explanatory communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English language is required.
