Electrical Procurement engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
a) To procure equipment, materials & systems complying to project Quality and Specification requirements.
b) To procure materials and subcontract in timely manner within approved budgeted cost.
c) Prior to ordering, to check all ex-stocks availability in central stores and sub stores.
d) To ensure timely delivery of equipment, material & systems to support site installation works as per approved work program.
e) All procurement process should comply to management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost, and quality.
f) Prepares documentation for internal process as per ISO Standards.
g) Excess materials from sites shall be returned back to central stores on monthly basis.
h) Develops and maintains good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors.
i) Maintains company reputation & credibility by fair dealings and prompt payment.
المهارات
- BSc in Electrical Engineering .Preferable with additional degree in Supply chain management.
- Proven minimum 5 years working experience as a procurement Engineer in MEP field
- Certified UPDA/ Civil defense grading A/ B/ C will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Candidate must have NOC tp transfer locally.
