We are looking for an experienced and high-energy Senior Manager to lead our Mass market Sales team. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
With us your responsibilities include driving the growth of sales and successful execution of approved strategies, required to achieve Vodafone financial targets. You will be responsible for hitting annual targets, building relationships with distributors across Indirect channels (distribution) and Key Accounts.
You will Lead and develop Mass Market Sales and Distribution channels, appointing new channel partners and formulate their business plans to increase business volume and share of wallet of the assigned distributors and resellers. Maximize net acquired revenue in all sales channels. Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and cause studies
You will develop sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
المهارات
Apply if you have ….
6-7 years of Total experience with at least 5 years in Sales leadership role preferably in the GCC
At least 5 years of working experience in Telecom in middle – leadership level role
Contributed individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others
Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity
Strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Very strong analytical skills
Demonstrates effective ways to build relationships (rapport, identifying channel needs, resolving channel queries)
Commercial awareness and Digital Transformation experience
Working knowledge of all products and services
Experience in Pre- Paid Business
