FINISHING SUPERVISOR

الوصف الوظيفي
1.  Job responsibilities includes planning of finishing activities, managing and allocating resources for various finishing works at construction sites,
2.  supervising and monitoring wet finishing and flooring, painting and interior and exterior finishing works,
3.  Carry out necessary documentation as per requirement,
4.  Reporting to the Site Manager on the progress of work against Project programme.
5.  Maintenance of company required Health & Safety procedures/initiatives including PPE, Site Inductions, Management of Method Statements/Risk Assessments, Work Permits, Scaffold/Lifting equipment inspections.
6.  Adherence to the Company quality standards including Management of defects, compliance with specification, compliance with materials / workmanship schedules, subcontractor code of conduct, considerate Constructors Scheme.
7.  Coordination /Assistance of the site team.
8.  Coordinating the Sub-Contractors as appropriate.
9.  Preparation/assistance with the site progress reports.
10. Safe storage and coordination of materials.
11. To be responsible for the accurate/timely completion of site-based documentation.
12. Attendance at the project and company-related meetings.
المهارات
1. Candidate should be holding a Diploma in Interior Designing,
2. Candidate should possess sound technical knowledge,
3. Candidate should be able to monitor and maintain quality working practices.
4. Minimum 10 years experience in Construction field
5. Excellent experience in high-quality finishing.
