CIVIL FINISHING FOREMAN

الوصف الوظيفي
· Reporting to the Site Manager on the progress of work against the Project program.
· Maintenance of company required Health & Safety procedures/initiatives including PPE, Site Inductions, Management of Method Statements/Risk Assessments, Work Permits, Scaffold/Lifting equipment inspections.
· Adherence to the Company quality standards including Management of defects, compliance with specification, compliance with materials/workmanship schedules, subcontractor code of conduct, Considerate Constructors Scheme.
· Coordination /Assistance of the site team.
· Coordinating the Sub-Contractors as appropriate.
· Preparation/assistance with the site progress reports.
· Safe storage and coordination of materials.
· To be responsible for the accurate/timely completion of site-based documentation.
· Attendance at the project and company-related meetings.
المهارات
· Civil Engineer degree from an accredited university with applicable profession membership and certifications.
· 10 years of discipline-specific engineering and construction experience, preferably on three to four large scale commercial, office or recreational complexes, public or industrial infrastructure projects.
· Knowledge of applicable construction codes and regulations.
· Excellent communication and report writing skills.
· Ability to interpret and understand project drawings.
· Familiar with safety regulations with safety records.
· Leadership capabilities, ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
