Provide Strong & inspired leadership for the organization.
Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
Plan for short and long-term goals
Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Regularly review product quality and research for new vendors
Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
Promote the company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents in order and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
Assist HR with recruiting when necessary
Support worker communication with the management team
المهارات
Minimum 10 years’ experience in F&B;Industry as Operations Manager
Experience in management, operations, and leadership
Well qualified in Hospitality Management, excellent in Arabic and English communication skills
Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
Solid understanding of financial management
