Hospitality Operations Manager /Restaurant General Manager

Job brief We are looking for an Operations Manager with restaurant experience, to lead all aspects of our business. You will be in charge of motivating our staff to provide excellent customer service, while overseeing all operations regarding the business. Your responsibilities include maintaining the business’ revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient business operations, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. In addition, you will be spearheading our search of attaining franchising rights for worldwide names and brands in the F&B;sector, while simultaneously acting as a hospitality consultant to aid our other businesses in the hospitality industry. To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the business. Back of the house management experience is also essential, as you’ll hire qualified people, and set work schedules. We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our business runs smoothly and customers have pleasant experiences.

Requirements
Proven work experience as an Operations Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
BSc degree in Business Administration or hospitality management or equivalent
Strong management, leadership, motivational and people skills
Acute financial management skills
Experience in developing strategies and plans
Strong understanding of measures of performance
Strong problem-solving skills
Must have excellent Arabic & English written and verbal communication skills
Must be deadline focused, organized and able to prioritize multiple projects
