Job Objective To assist the Director – Business Development in all aspects related to identifying new business opportunities, materializing suitable opportunities, managing customer relationships and conducting market research in order to support the organization’s growth plans. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities New Businesses
Identify new business leads, conduct customer need analysis in coordination with the Director – Business Development and draft project commercials for the customer in conjunction with Technical department in order to ensure sales targets are achieved.
Follow up on new business leads through continuous communication with potential customers in order to ensure that deals are finalized.
Market and Feasibility Studies
Conduct market and feasibility studies in coordination with the Director – Business Development in order to ensure internal stakeholders are well informed on market trends, competition, economic trends, etc.
Provide technical advice to senior management team related to market research findings and recommend possible new business ventures in order to support the organization in realizing growth opportunities.
Support in cost calculations related to new business ventures through coordinating with Director – Business Development as well as with the Projects and Finance teams in order to ensure that ventures are properly studied and analysed.
Sales Agreements
Assist in drafting contracts for new customers through adhering to customer requirements, technical specifications and cost calculations in order to materialize sales opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management
Participate in customer activities related to business development, build and maintain customer relationships and manager their queries in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
Creating and updating developers/customers’ accounts in the CRM system (Mecoms) in order to ensure the completeness and accuracy of developers/customers’ database.
Marketing
Execute the marketing plans, campaigns and activities, in coordination with the Director – Business Development as well as with the communication team, in order to ensure alignment to business needs and support in increasing reach to the desired target audience as well as promote business activities and operations, and increase brand awareness.
Safety, Quality & Environment
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls in order to ensure safety, legislative compliance, high quality service delivery and a responsible environmental attitude.
Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of departmental systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international leading practice’ in order to improve business processes, productivity and operational efficiency.
Implement all relevant departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Reporting
Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet Qatar Cool’s requirements, and the departmental requirements, policies and standards.
المهارات
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/ Industrial/Electrical Engineering
Professional certification from relevant institutions is an added advantage
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Job-Specific Skills:
Proven track record in business development within district cooling/related organization
Good customer relationship management
Knowledge of relevant leading practices
Knowledge of MS office and CRM system
Fluency in English and Arabic
