الوصف الوظيفي
Job Purpose: To lead, plan, co-ordinates and manage day to day production within the specified quality, cost and time as required for the plant operation and ensuring optimum utilization of resources in order to ensure achievement of production KPIs and HSE standards by constantly aiming at the best performances of the production equipment ensuring the safety and development of his personnel.  Job responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing, planning, organizing and coordinating safe production employee activities in the cement plant.
To systematically Plan & manage the production man power management.
Contribute to the production development plan and ensure effective cascading of departmental strategy into the assigned production section’s policies and procedures in line with the overall business objectives of the company.
Manage the effective achievement of objectives & KPIs through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to maximize subordinate and the overall performance.
Support the Production Manager in defining an optimum departmental structure so that resources are optimally utilized and communication can take place in an efficient manner.
Prepare detailed instructions for necessary work to be carried out by subordinates to ensure timely completion of tasks as per defined operating procedures.
Coordinate with Maintenance department to lead the effective planning for critical/long term/ short term maintenance activity for the section’s plant equipment and processes in order to minimize down time and maximize plant availability.
Lead and control the effective operations of the plant operations in accord with defined production targets, quality and HSE standards while ensuring close coordination with production staff to achieve continuous operations.
Lead the conducting of safety tool box talks and provision of work instructions to Shift In-Charges and follow-up the same for the smooth operation of the plant.
Ensures protection of environment in compliance with company standards within his field of activities.
Contributes to the upkeep and availability of the plant equipment.
Job Acccountabilities: • Submitting daily production reports in time.
• Submitting monthly production report for each section.
• Submitting monthly production executive summery.
• Achieving daily the quality targets for production units.
• Inventory control for Clinker, Cement, raw materials, paper bags, refractory & grinding aid.

SAP knowledge is Must in PP module.
