As Retail Advisor you will be working as the public face of the prominent international brand in their Retail stores. This role will give you a real opportunity to influence the customer experience by meeting their individual needs which in turn will grow customer loyalty. Your next challenge:
Achievement of individual sales targets set by the business on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Safeguard all administration associated with the role is completed correctly and within agreed timeframes.
Take ownership of your customer’s queries or needs, dealing with them in a positive manner to ensure that all aspects are resolved and/or seen through to completion.
Always look at things from the customer’s point of view. Listen to customers’ needs and consistently meet or exceed their expectations.
Ability to communicate effectively and positively with both customers and team in English & Arabic.

What we’re looking for:
Excellent English & Arabic speakers, preferably born in the Qatar
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Sales and customer service experience, tech-savviness with working knowledge of computer systems and databases, accuracy and attention to detail, professionalism and outgoing personality
High school diploma or equivalent
