Al Seef Lusail Development is part of the Lusail City Development. It is located at the edge of the waterfront in Lusail and is owned by Lusail Real Estate Development Company LREDC. Seef Lusail comprises of a land area of approximately 0.6 sq.km with a total GFA of 690,010m2. The scheme will feature an interactive 2.4 km waterfront promenade that will include world class attractions and a retail, dining and entertainment experience that will stretch along the waterfront to further add to Qatar’s appeal as an international destination that rivals major global destinations. Al Seef Lusail will bring a new meaning to distinctive waterfront living in Qatar, with residential clusters that will cater for various population segments in a modern, comfortable and stylish setting.  The development is split into two districts, the South district and The North district. Both the districts are connected with the help of retail along the waterfront promenade that offers a pedestrian-oriented low- density commercial district. The site is predominantly flat with the proposed design elevation at the promenade of +3.0m above sea level (0.00). The waterfront promenade stretches from the South district all the way to North district.  Project Director Role  Proven ability to perform in project management capacity, methodology and processes  Excellent written and oral communication. Responsibility for managing and positively developing relationships between stakeholders.  Strong Technical Construction skills with thorough knowledge of industry and project management practices and regulations.  Knowledge of current technology and its effective use on the project.  Strong communication skills and  Proven team leadership capabilities, team building and a motivator; Promote and foster a strong team culture; open and transparent communication within the PM project teams  multitasking ability  Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.  Responsible for supervision of all consultants, Contractors and all planning/administrative staff assigned to the Project to ensure it is on schedule and within budget.
المهارات
Required Qualification: holder of minimum bachelor degree in Civil or Architecture engineering with a good technical and construction background. Registration as professional Engineer. Required Experience: 20 + years’ overall experience and minimum of 5 years in the GCC, with experience in large-scale Building projects as a project manager including last 7 years as a Project / Program Director with the following abilities:  Plan, direct, coordinate, and Managed a portfolio of High standards projects mostly at the same time with large, complex programs and met goals, objectives within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Must have extensive high-rise experience, as well as experienced in Claims and EoT defence
