The Head of Creative shall be responsible for:
Managing the day-to-day delivery of creative marketing content
Maintain close working relationship with counterparts within the department to ensure creative content delivers as per company’s Brand strategies
Incorporate business strategies to creative marketing initiatives to support the mission and vision of the company.
Key Accountabilities:
Propose and agree on budget allocation and be responsible for ensuring campaigns are delivered within budgets within agree timeframes
Establish great working relationships with colleagues in the marketing team to ensure clarity of positioning, and ensure effective translation of brand understanding and objectives into creative output
Work as part of an integrated Brand and Creative Marketing team to deliver the highest priority campaigns
Work with Brand and Media Engagement teams to agree appropriate media channels and develop campaign media strategies
Lead the development of creative briefs and ensure that marketing communications are characterized by the highest creative standards
Responsible for developing all creative collaterals
Manage the development of relevant, integrated and cost effective cross media marketing campaigns across a coherent set of brands to deliver creative excellence against campaign briefs, audience reach targets and brand objectives
Hold regular reviews to review core campaign output
Evaluate and learn through ensuring appropriate analysis and measurement of campaigns
Ensure all marketing and communications activity is correctly complied (as per Brand guidelines) and is in line with Editorial Guidelines
Manage and mitigate risks and resolve and escalate issues as required.
Keep ahead of developments in the field of marketing and technology/digital trends, maintaining links with the industry and incorporating into marketing plans where relevant.
Contribute to the development of annual strategic marketing plans to enable marketing teams to make appropriate marketing investment decisions
Carries out and performs other related duties as specified and when required and assigned by the Line Manager to improve or enhance the efficiency of department’s work and performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
Minimum 10 year experience in Online Design, Marketing Campaigns and creative marketing.
Excellent communication skills (Arabic speaker is preferred)
Strong organizing and planning skills
Creativity, ingenuity, and imagination as it pertains to business strategy is key to success.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong problem solving or compromising abilities.
A successful team leader, able to manage self and others within a complex matrix environment.
Experience of leading the delivery of multi-media campaigns within broadcasting or an industry with a similar brand facing business
A deep understanding of marketing techniques including qualitative and quantitative analysis
Experience of managing delivery from of in-house and third party creative resources
Experience of leading the way in new digital and social media campaigns
Understanding of Brands, and knowledge of the broadcasting industry and a demonstrable interest in its output
Knowledge of digital and graphic design software
