Demand Planning
• Ensure optimum stock coverage on all range of SKUs.
• Generating supplier wise order inventory plans and Coordinating with suppliers for shipment plans.
• Generate send PO as per the requirement and Posting Purchase in the system.
• Checking and follow up of delivery status from suppliers.
• Coordinating with other depts. such as clearing dept, operations, logistics, & stores.
• Ensuring stock availability (transfer order from other sites) - part of the team.
• Co-operate with all members of the team and other functions as required to ensure proactive internal
• communications and effective teamwork.
• Perform other tasks as required by Chef Middle East management.
المهارات
BBA or other relevant bachelor degree
Minimum 2 years related experience in Similar field with supply/demand planning experience
Must be familiar with any of the ERP system and Microsoft Word and Excel

Profound communciation and bi-lingual skills
Strong negotiation skills
Analytical and logical thinking skills
