الوصف الوظيفي The placement The Wells Supervisor-in-training (professional) is responsible for supporting the onsite team on a drilling or Well completions unit to execute drilling, completions, and well intervention related operations. The professional will have the opportunity to develop technical, leadership, and business skills required to manage complex Well projects safely. It is essential that everyone involved in the operations of our well is kept safe; hence, the Wells supervisor-in-training plays a critical role in helping create and maintain an influential safety culture. This career path provides an opportunity for professionals to spend their early years working an exciting schedule rotating 14 days on-duty /14 days off-duty while going through our industry-renowned “Shell Wells Distance Learning Program.” After graduating from this program and acquiring the necessary field experience, the professional can choose to either continue in the field or move into an office role.
