Design and review the framework, policies & processes, which are best aligned to the implementation of the performance management system, manpower planning, career path and development of the employees.
Benchmark and evaluate HR Planning and Organizational Development policies and practices to a robust planning process.
Support departments by reviewing draft job descriptions, updating JDs and maintaining a database for use by all HR teams
Consolidate the HR budget, analyse expenses, prepare presentations and ensure Manager C+B is updated with all variances.
Build strong relationships with the business to gain an understanding of the business drivers and plans to better support them with organizational changes, promotions, etc
Profile
HR Degree qualified/or relevant Degree with with over 7-8 year’s experience in the HR functions within large and multinational organizations.
Experience design, develop, implementing of Performance and Manpower Planning management system from scratch.
HR & CIPD Certification, Project Management drive & 6 Sigma trained would be added advantage.
