MACHINE OPERATOR

الوصف الوظيفي
Operating machine including parts change over, parameters adjustment, and maintenance background
To make sure that machines in very good condition clean, lubricated, well maintained & running smoothly with no/minimum product damages
Investigating for any problem or unusual incidents within the machine during running and reporting to technician or head of department to take the necessary action.
Wide acknowledgment towards more than one machine to recover sick leave, absence, and vacations
Giving necessary help if needed to laborer either during work time or maintenance time
On line daily reporting for machines during running and send to production in charge
Able to keep the machine well maintained & clean all the time
Ability to read & write for machine reports purposes
المهارات
Experience as a blowing machine operator for minimum 3 years
Working on KORNES ERGOBLOCK TYPE C3 is preferred
Aware of changeovers & adjustments for machine sections (blower, labeler & filler)
Able to implement minor mechanical adjustments or minor troubleshooting
Fully aware of machine adjustment parameters including C.I.P, can work independently and handling one shift of 8 hours
Responsible person with good conduct, good reputation & ready to work with a team work environment
