Electrical Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Act as the point of authority/responsibility for all technical aspects of the electrical supply scheme to both zones, interfacing with Kharamaa as needed, also for all electrical works being designed/constructed within the Free Zones, including technical solutions, best practice, codes requirements, authorities interface and requirements; knowledge of industry standards for the electrical aspects of the various land uses contemplated in the Free Zones
المهارات
Familiarity with Kahramaa approaches, requirements in relation to zone-wide and building-specific supply,
Ability to work out intermediate/alternative solutions in relation to Kahrama interface
Review and comment on design solutions, while also managing the ongoing design development process,
Offer technical advice on buildability and value engineering solutions,
Identify technical systems/solutions that could benefit the Free Zones business model, services to be offered to investors
Review all construction documents and highlight any design discrepancies from standards/best practice/systems suitability
Work with Consultants from Free Zone investors to review mechanical systems/solutions proposed
Ensure that the consultants and contractors coordinate with all concerned authorities departments and ensure that their requirements are adequately and satisfactorily incorporated
Participate where needed in authorities interfacing to facilitate process, suggest intermediate solutions
