Senior Interior Designer/Associate - 3 Months

Our client are a leading international Architecture and Design practice who are looking for a Senior Interior Designer in their Qatar office.Reporting directly into the Manager Director of Interiors you will be responsible for:
Developing interiors for corporate, hospitality and workplace from initial concept and preliminary design to final design and construction documentation level
Preparation of mood boards and material sample boards, FF&E;schedules, development of construction details and coordination/integration of structural, mechanical and electrical services
Supervising the activities of interior designers and detailers to ensure the proper interpretation of project briefs and client requirements, development of designs and preparation of construction documentation
Preparation of sketch layouts and details for finalization by interior designers / detailers
Preparation of space allocation programs for new building designs
Core Competencies
Extensive knowledge of design detailing and construction methodology
Experience in corporate, workplace or hospitality design
Able to work creatively within a project team environment
Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years’ post qualification experience
Architectural or Interior Design qualification and background
AutoCAD and related technology experience
Currently residing in Qatar
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS 3 MONTH CONTRACT
