-Senior Petroleum architect (also known as Development manager) is recognized as a key contributor to the articulation of strategy with a leading role within governance. The main activities are to:
-Contribute to Al Shaheen Field Development Plan.
-Contribute to business cycles, by providing relevant elements (scope, costs, schedule) for the consolidation of AWPB, LRBP and LTSV, as well as reserves (ARR).
-Frame opportunities to support and recommend new developments while capturing innovative technologies to maximize and even unlock economic values.
-Prepare Decision Support Package (DSP) to support decision making at each Stage Gates.
المهارات
The following professional experience is required in order to manage Developments projects of various level of complexity:
For the Senior level: At least 20 years of professional experience, with confirmed managerial capabilities and previous Petroleum Architect role in an operating company. Confirmed Business Acumen required
For the Confirmed level: from 12 to 15 years in the upstream sector and several years in a position with managerial or team lead responsibilities in an operating company and/or at an IOC HQ.
For the Junior level: a minimum of 10 years in the upstream sector, including several years as team lead with an operating company..
