الوصف الوظيفي
Develop and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures for the support framework
Technical support of the solution towards end users and other NOC Information Solutions disciplines
Following a change, performance of all required technical testing, including but not limited to FAT, Integration, Stress & Performance testing, Regression testing.
User Acceptance testing, documentation and errors resolution before go live dates.
CAB (Change Advisory Board) related documentation
Test documentation and material (use cases, test cases, test scripts, error reports)
Support documentation, including but not limited to: IT Helpdesk Standard Operating Procedure, IT support training material, most common issues and resolutions
Update technical architecture diagram or any other technical deliverable following a change in the supported application
Ability to learn and work within the NOC IS incident management and ticket system
المهارات
Experience in end user support, particularly for SharePoint based solutions
Good knowledge of and experience with databases (Oracle, SQL, MySQL etc.), programming (scripting or ETL frameworks) and database performance
Good understanding of Out Of The Box Tools Available in SharePint such as o Out of the box features for creating webpages, forms, workflows and more. Business Connectivity Services, Master Pages, Apps, Page Layouts, User Store, Web Parts, Windows Workflow Foundation, SharePoint Ribbon, etc.
o SharePoint Object Model (OM)
o SharePoint Designer
o Visio
o InfoPath
o Visual Studio
o PowerShell
o .Net, C#, Javascript and Typescript

Knowledge in HTML, CSS
Knowledge and development experience for K2, Nintex and other workflow management solutions
Experience with tools used for IS Incident Management / ticket systems
Proficiency written and spoke English, in particular with regards to interaction with end users seeking help with application issues
