Engineer – QS (Estimation)

الوصف الوظيفي
Contribute to the technical activities of contract/ tender preparation, evaluation and execution such as preparing and evaluating the most economic cost and competitive selling rates for tender project to be able to maximize the probability of award, evaluating quantity take offs, preparation of the Monthly Valuation or billing for each project, management of costs relating to building and engineering projects, implement required standards and quality for each project, establish cost of installation, materials and workmanship and presentation of best offer/quotation to ensure that the company’s interest is always prioritized.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience:
Five (5) years work experience with exposure to MEP engineering projects
Experience in Cost Estimation, Cost Analysis, Cost Forecasting, and Cost Reporting.
Training:
Costing/Estimating Software, AUTOCAD and PRIMAVERA
Knowledge:
- Knowledge on the Methods and Standard Codes of Practice on Quantity Surveying
- Knowledge of the different construction methods, materials, machineries and equipment
- Ability to write clear and precise reports
- Ability to communicate effectively both in oral and written
