الوصف الوظيفي Accountable for generating budgeted revenues on an account base through personal selling and through the management of Sales Executives. Responsible for a minimum base of a determined number of key accounts/prospects as well as the direction of from Sales Executives. Responsible for the training develop and performance management of direct staff. Duties & Responsibilities. Achieve budgeted quotas on Key Accounts and conversation of Key Prospects through the preparation and execution of Action Plans. Provide ongoing sales direction to direct reports by conducting a minimum of joint sales calls per month with each. Prepare reports as required. Ensure the quality input of market intelligence. As directed participate in trade shows, conventions and promotional events, within the hotel, the industry and customer organizations. Participate in G.S.G” Guest Service Gold “training programs. Take personal responsibility for the delivery of superior guest service through meticulous follow up. Health, Safety, Security & Environmental (HSSE) Has a good knowledge about Fire Fighting & Life Safety procedures. Ensure environmental control of guests comfort during their visit & stay.
