· Expertise in Business Analysis, Client Relationship, IT Strategy Planning, Consulting, Bid Management & Negotiation, Account management, Client Reasoning and Customer Retention
· Good Understanding of Dynamics AX/365 ERP along with Domain expertise in Sales/Mktg. for ERPs & other related IT Services to clients
· Actively involved in Dynamics AX/365 ERP Implementation, Up gradations & Support projects
· Managing larger accounts for up-selling & cross-selling business
· Lead/Enquiry generation, proposal submission, Contract negotiation, closure and account mgmt.
· Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal & team management skills.
· Experience at managing clients & tailoring services as per requirements.
· Adept at designing marketing/promotional strategies to obtain greater visibility in the market
· Client Acquisition and Nurturing
· Target Marketing and Penetration – Sales Presentations and Closing
· Consultative Sales Style, Strong Negotiation skills, Exceptional problem solving capabilities
