The Financial Reporting & Analyst/ Internal Audit Manager is responsible for providing reporting and analysis to Finance and the teams as well as directly supporting initiatives across the Group. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded performer who thrives in a fast paced and demanding environment, embraces a collaborative work style and possesses a clear customer and operations focus.
المهارات
• ACCA, CPA, CIA or MBA required, MBA in Finance or Accounting preferred;
• At least 3-4 years of experience in Audit firm, Big4 experience preferred;
• Proven analytic ability; (academic achievement or through work history)
• Operational, Financial or Accounting education and/ or experience required;
• Financial systems experience Advanced Excel required (advanced equations, pivots, etc.), PowerPoint; PeopleSoft G/L experience preferred;
• Preferred candidates experience in hospitality & real estate sector with recent experience in GCC region;
• Highly motivated and self-directed; exhibits thought leadership and strong critical thinking skills;
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
