الوصف الوظيفي Coordinate and supervise all work sites, supervise day-to-day operations, ensure that work is done on time within Budget, safely, follow the right quality standards, and report to your direct supervisor. Distribution of resources (materials, workers, transport) on sites . Preparing the site requirements before starting work. Supervision and follow-up work of subcontractors. Meeting with customers in the sites, play the role of teamwork to stay in touch with teams work at sites at all times, communicating with architects, designers, surveyors, and planners. Ensure that the work is subject to regulations, health safety / legislation, and other legal requirements of the building. Responsible for completion of work on deadlines. Prepare the work site reports, ensure the designs and drawings on a daily basis with your direct supervisor. Maintain quality control procedures, motivate workers, and find solutions to work problems. المهارات Minimum 15 years in Decor works sites, operations, supervision, labors, material & transport.
