Job Details:
To provide assistance to all Off shore Supply Services.
المهارات
To assist the Shipping Supervisor & Executive in all operational matters
Co-ordination of Hotel Arrangements for all In / Out personal’s.
Arranging visa’s for all In bound / Out bound personal on the instructions received from Principal’s.
Arranging Meet and Greet services at Áir port / Heliport and Booking of Services at airport.
Arranging Seaport Gate passes / Helicopter Passes for all personal
Follow up of Local Delivery invoices with the suppliers.
Closing of Job Files after Reconciling with Check list.
Co-ordinating with Office driver’s for job related matters.
Entering Inward & Outward Spare movements in AGENT
Ensure compliance to Vision Z, QMS, Environment Management System and Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
First Aid, Fire Fighting training, Defensive Driving trainings are mandatory for all Employees. Understand, follow, and contribute towards Vision Z -GP, Time management, Quality Management and HSSE Management Systems as well.
