-- Highly qualified and preferable a tourism & hotels.
-- Experience of note less than 10 years in restaurants.
-- Fluency in Arabic & English.
-- Computer proficiency.
-- High communication skills.
-- High leadership skills.
-- Can drive and has driving license.

** Job description:
-- Supervise the implementation of the approved plan of the restaurant sales.
-- Supervise the implementation of marketing plans for new or existing products.
-- Works to raise the level of performance and development personnel section.
-- Make suggestions to help create new sources of marketing and help increase sales.
-- Follow up the validity and expiration date of the products and times of the saving time and match the quality specifications set by the company.
-- Preserve the integrity of the equipment for the restaurant and verify that all means of providing security and safety of workers.
-- He is the responsibility for determining the requirements for the section of raw materials, the quantities, and tools and writes its requisitions.
-- Follow the implementation of plans of cleanliness, service, maintenance, marketing and profitability established by the company and the operation manager.
