MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Know all operational procedures and standards of service for the Reception department.
2.Carry out check-in processes satisfactorily, following the corresponding standards of service.
3.Treat clients pleasantly and politely at all times.
4.Inform guests of the services provided by the hotel, the number of restaurants and bars, Servixpress, etc.
5.Exchange currencies for hotel guests and provide them with a receipt for the transaction.
6.Make room changes upon request by the guest or due to hotel needs.
7.Deal with any request made by guests at any time.
8.Answer the telephone following the standards set.
9.Perform check-out processes satisfactorily, meeting the appropriate standards of service. Process payment for individual bills.
10.Link all required information to the guest register (agency coupons, credit card vouchers, copies of bookings through complimentary offers or duly authorised special rates).
11.Know the situation of the hotel – which rooms are occupied, available or out of service, percentage of occupation, etc.
12.Prepare and apply adjustments to improper charges, bearing these in a due manner.
13.Help the various departments of the hotel at all times to ensure work runs smoothly.
14.Handle the hotel’s data processing systems.
REQUIREMENT:
Fluent Arabic&English;. Other languages (views favourably)
At least 1 year in the same position in hotels of the same category and with the same services
