Responsibilities:
• Formulate and manage the development, implementation, and certification process of an ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.
• Establish QA compliance objects. Monitor results to ensure targets are achieved.
• Maintain awareness of the business context and company profitability, including budgetary control issues.
• Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
• Create and maintain controls and documentation of procedures.
• Create process and assess process specifications of the company and its suppliers. Compare/confirm specifications with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customers’ auditors and ensure the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers’ specifications.
• Partner with Purchasing team to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
• Incorporate the application of environmental, safety, and health standards.
• Create and publish technical and management systems reports.
• Facilitate comprehensive quality procedures with the agreement of all stakeholders.
• Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
• Collate and analyze performance data and charts against defined parameters.
• Identify relevant quality-related training needs and training venue. Deliver training.
• Establish standards of service for customers or clients.
• Leads quality support functions including quality planning, preventive action, non-conformance control, corrective action, management of change, audits, continuous improvement (including Lessons Learned), and quality reporting & review.
• Prepare clear explanatory documents such as customers’ charters.
• Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated. Investigate product modifications as necessary.
• Provide leadership to technical staff to ensure the completion of quality tests, checklists/work packages and processes.
• Manage and maintain the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods.

Position Requirements
Qualifications:
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of direct experience in the field
• Required: Minimum of 2 years technical training at an accredited university or technical institute with 5-8 years of direct experience in the field.
• Preferred: Minimum of 5 years experience managing an ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System to include initial certification.
• Preferred: Certification in ISO9001 , ISO 14001, ISO 18001, ISO 22001.
