•Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering with minimum of 8+ years of overall IT experience in Systems Support, in IT enterprise environment of 4000+ users
•Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience of Administering Microsoft Windows Servers 2003/2008 and AD and other Microsoft software solutions
•Must have some experience of wintel servers installations, SAN/NAS configuration in EMC environment.
•Must have excellent knowledge and experience in running data center operations including rack power setup, server installation, operating system build, patching, backups, restore monitoring, replacement of EOL servers, operational monitoring of servers etc.
•Good knowledge of IT security, controls & Networks infrastructure
•Good to have anyone of Microsoft certification( MCSE, MCITP, MCM, MCSM)
•Must possess good English communication skills (both oral and written) with excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant professional personality
•Ability to adapt multicultural work environment
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
