•Must have a degree in Computer Science/Engineering with minimum of 10+ years of overall IT experience in Systems Support, in IT enterprise environment of 4000+ users.
•Must also have excellent windows desktop support experience with excellent communication skills and minimum of 5 years of experience of supervising helpdesk operations of IT for business users.
•Must be customer oriented and should have min 3 years of hands on experience of supporting business users for various IT services and applications.
•Must also have experience of working on, and supporting any helpdesk ticketing solution.
•Good knowledge of IT security controls & Networks infrastructure, with some IT planning experience.
•Good to have anyone of Microsoft certification( MCSE, MCITP, MCM, MCSM)
