Must have worked for at least 5 years in Supervisor capacity in similar jobs. - Ability to lead a team of Maintenance Technicians and to achieve high level of productivity and safety standards - Able to carry out Maintenance jobs for motors, diesel generators, MV panels, MCC, lighting ,..etc - Knowledgeable on Petroleum Rules and Safety regulations - Able to understand and diagnose equipment breakdowns and carryout trouble-shooting efficiently - Ability to work in a team to achieve high level of productivity and safety standards - Able to implement computer application for data management and communication - Must be self-motivated and able to work in team - Experience in Project installation, Commissioning & startup will be advantageous, Trouble-shooting etc.
