Training & Development Manager for F&G;Co in Qatar

Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role / candidates preferable from hospitality industry / candidates with previous experience in training & development from FMCG or distribution companies will be given higher priority / SAP HR knowledge is an added advantage / should be a go getter and have hands on training experience from lower level up to the senior management level / extremely good communication and MS office skills / should be highly presentable / should have substantial experience in job analysis, career succession planning, job description creation, designing policies...etc / should be highly energetic and have good sense of humor / age group between 25 to 35
