MechaTronics Qatar Electro Mechanical Contracting Company requires an

MEP Project Engineer for Qatar Operations

The candidate will report to the Operations Manager.

We are looking for someone who can bring a combination of strong operational and financial skills. Someone who can direct the preparation and implementation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based on the company goals. You will also be heavily involved in business development for the area and will be required to bring together all the different aspects of the business from operations, finance, human resources, IT and engineering and provide leadership to all departments. You will also be required to continuously enhance the organization structure, policies, procedures and processes and take the vision of the company and ensure it is believed at every level. You must be comfortable working with complex and high value contacts, International Business experience, Ideally within the Middle Eastern region is preferable.

Requirements: Candidates must Have a B. Sc. Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and minimum 7 years middle/senior Contracting management experience in a similar industry/sector of which minimum of 4 years will be with managerial position. All candidates must have excellent analytical skills and must be strategic thinkers and planners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital
