We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our team based in Qatar. If you meet the requirements below,
Summary
Based in our Qatar training center, the role liaises with the Business Development and Finance teams to ensure seamless booking, candidate registration, reporting, accounting and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
• Issuing Invoices through Spider system and manual, Proforma invoices, and cash receipts.
• Handling internal & external queries related to invoices.
• Invoice submission via emails to customers.
• QA supplier management; issuing Purchase Orders and facilitating payment.
• Assist with the creation of templates for TMS customers, TMS Intercompany billings & collating back-ups.
• Act as a link between the Qatar Operations team and UAE finance. Maintain an organized filing system for the invoices and all related documents.
• Any other finance tasks assigned from time to time
• Completing forms for bank, vendors and other legal requirements.
• AR follow-up for QA clients.
• Support the Customer Service team as and when required.
• Experience of 2 to 3 years in Accounting & Administration
• Knowledge of Accounting software, MS office applications etc.

• Good written & spoken English
• Good teamwork ability
