Job Title: Dairy Production Manager
Job Overview: The Dairy Production Manager oversees the daily operations , ensuring that milk production meets quality standards and production targets. They manage staff, oversee herd health, maintain equipment, and manage budgets. The manager works closely with owners to develop strategies and plans to increase profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations , including herd health, milk production, and milk quality
Manage and train staff, assigning tasks and providing feedback
Develop and implement strategies and plans to improve herd health, increase chess production, and maximize profitability
Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working order
Manage budgets and financial reporting, ensuring cost control measures are in place
Ensure compliance with environmental and food safety regulations
Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and customers
Develop and maintain production records and reports
Analyze data and make recommendations for improvements
Keep up to date with industry developments and trends
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field
Several years of experience in dairy farming, with experience managing staff and overseeing operations
Strong knowledge of herd health, milk& chess production, and quality standards
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
Knowledge of environmental and food safety regulations
Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvements
Transferable visa is must
