Look up parts in the system and provide knowledgeable information on parts
Accurately record parts transactions and data into Dealer Management System – attention to detail is critical, escalate any issues that need to be addressed to correct any inbound packaging
Provide logistical support to the Center’s workshop in the delivery of parts and sublet services externally sourced

المهارات
Excellent oral and written communication skills the ability to follow instructions required
Degree or Certificate from a University or Tafe program in Automotive Technology a plus
To be able to effectively communicate at all levels both written and verbally with people inside the organization external customers
To be at all times supportive of colleagues, particularly within the Dealer Volvo Truck and Bus Centre North & Scotland
