الوصف الوظيفي Hiring “Retail Manager - FMCG” for our reputed Holding group based company Job Location: GWC, BU SULBA (40 Kms away from Doha) Salary Offered: Can be discussed during Interview Gender: Male Nationality: Any Vertical: FMCG Job Description: · Forecasting and implementing strategies to achieve targets · Allocate general and daily responsibilities to the sales team · Supervise, Train and Motivate Sales Team (Key Accounts & direct Sales) in order to work for a common goal · Resolve problems in professional manner when they arise. · Plan, prepare, establish, manage new points of sales under Almattjar (whole sale markets, small groceries, hyper markets) · Organize and Plan visits to all Sectors of the FMCG trade, maintaining records and reports · Listing of all SKU’s in all Key Account Markets · Submission of Daily, weekly and monthly reports to the General Manager as instructed · Ensuring all the sales areas are properly synchronized and work efficiently · Achieve objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and forecasting future performance · Conduct weekly meetings with sales team and merchandisers to motivate and discuss any ongoing problems · Planning promotions and sampling sessions in selected outlets which may be benefited to develop sales volumes and brand awareness in the market · Plan and forecast for seasonal stock availabilities and request relevant departments in order to maintain product stock to help achieve the sales targets · Discuss market problems, challenges faced and tools required with sales team to achieve goals and find appropriate solutions · Plan and organize promotions, sampling sessions as an when appropriate · Listing of all products in all Key Accounts and meeting of Purchasing Managers on a daily basis · Discuss with Sales Team for any challenges, problem, issues and competitor advantages in the market · Constant monitoring of stocks and planning well ahead to avoid any near expiry or liquidations. · Marketing activities related to scope of work · Managing delivery operations for MT & TT & sampling, promotional campaigns · Managing & preparation of route maps for the sales teams · Managing Key Accounts as temporary replacement for a team member on leave المهارات 1. Should possess minimum 15+ years of FMCG Experience in senior category including Qatar market and also experience working in Food & Non Food business. 2. Must be Locally available in QATAR with valid Qatar ID & Qatar Driving License (Mandatory). 3. Should hold good knowledge in FMCG and all A, B, C & D class shops and routes in Qatar. 4. Possess excellent Team handling, communication, planning, forecasting, reporting and presentation skills. 5. Must have thorough knowledge and contact base of FMCG trade. 6.
