Proactive business partner aiming for continuous improvement and taking the steps necessary to restructure, manage and effectively utilize the applications team, identify and address business requirements and develop and/or deploy efficient technical solutions.
Owner of the end-to-end project lifecycle of the organization’s business applications, including management of scope and business requirements, functional and technical specifications, application integration, testing, user application training (UAT), implementation, deployment and post go-live end-to-end efficient application support.
Change leader, responsible for transforming, restructuring, and enabling the applications team to a customer focused, innovative business partner.
Manage ERP, Business Intelligence, HCM, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, enhancements, integration, and support across the organization to ensure ultimate efficient operations.
Analyze performance of current applications and documented resolutions to enhance quality of service and proactively address future problems.
Manage relationships with project stakeholders (i.e., system users, BUs management, and vendors); keeping stakeholders informed and manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.
Work with senior and department leadership to identify and implement process improvements. Proactively and consistently, identify and manage project related issues, risks and mitigate scope changes, ensuring that all project objectives are attained.
Establish broad based technical direction related to applications development, change management, as well as other application related policies, procedures and functional areas.
Develop operational and team performance objectives and create schedules and capacity plans, work plans and produce application guidelines that are consistent with company standards to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
Develop, and provide monthly IT application metrics and KPIs and performance/status reports to ensure transparency to wider organization.
Maintain overall control of the schedule, budget, and scope. for Applications including both CAPEX & OPEX for all BUs and ensuring billing reconciliations as appropriate
Ensure that commitments and changes to commitments resulting from the requirements are negotiated with affected groups.
Identify and anticipate business risks associated to applications, establish, and manage risk mitigation plan and escalate where appropriate.
Ensure effective communications with business process owners and Project stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, provide guidance and constructive feedback to enhance the performance.
Train and develop team members.
المهارات
PMP Certified with at least 10 years of project management experience.
At least 10+ years of Business Application Management, Solution Architecture, Project Management, Integrations, Audit handling, Database Management.
Experienced in designing and implementing major ERPs & CRMs solutions such as Oracle EBS, Fusion, SAP S4, Rise, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
At least 12+ years in leading detailed business requirements and specification activities. Elicit requirements via interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, business process reviews, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks, and workflow analysis.
Experience and expertise with executive leadership management, superior problem-solving, time-management and judgment, and communication skills.
Educate leadership, provide strategy and direction, mentor and advise business & technical/development team members from end to end of ERP & solutions implementation.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, HCM, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, implementation life cycle, support and maintenance. Implementation experience with a proven track record of at least two (2) successful ERP implementations.
Strong project management skills and the ability to function in multiple roles based on project demands.
Proven ability to manage application project financials and ability to estimate or assist in estimation of project costs.
Proficient use of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Smartsheet and other project collaboration tools.
Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, and consistently keep up to date with advancements of the field.
Department restructuring experience, including outsourcing is considered a big plus.
Customer focused business partner with strategic thinking and a proven track record of delivering business value.
Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Emotionally Intelligent – Self-aware of his/her capabilities and areas of improvement, and his/her staff capability as well.
Work independently with high degree of responsibility & proactiveness.
Fluent in English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
