Project Quality Manager - Solar PV IPP Project

Accountabilities:

Leads QA/QC Team (Project Company and Owner`s Engineer) to manage quality of works, including Shop Test & Inspection.
Reviews, agree and monitor the EPC Project Quality Plan
Communicates of the quality plan and it objectives to staff, Owner`s Engineer and EPC Contractor
Supports all Consultants, Design Consultants and Design, Construction Supervision Consultants and contractors in the implementation of Quality, Plans and procedures and the monitoring of their performance on all Quality matters
Develops and implements audit schedules and plans, including unannounced visits
Develops statistical reports on Quality performance
Identifies and communicate lessons learned though the programmed lifecycle
Manages the programmed quality control testing service
Coordinates and manages any 3rd party audits as required

المهارات

Key Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Minimum 10 years of Quality management experience in the power generation industry.
Fluency in English with strong written and oral communication skills
Experience with managing field engineering, inspection, and NDE related to all QA/QC functions.
Ability to develop and manage non-conformance, deficiencies, and reporting programs, including root cause analysis
Quality Culture behaviors (rigorous, systematic, prudent approach, questioning attitude and good communication) as an example for the organization
Understanding ISO 9001 and related Quality Standards and concepts
Experience of performing audits is an asset
